The Phreno app is designed to make impact data accessible and actionable for athletes, coaches, and medical professionals. Here's a quick guide to navigating the app and understanding its main features.
Dashboard Overview
Upon launching the Phreno app, you'll land on the Summary screen. This is your central dashboard for real-time and historical data:
-
Phreno Score: Coming soon. This section will provide an overall summary of strain or risk levels.
-
Highlights: Displays information about your most recent session, including duration and number of hits.
-
Status Indicator: In the top-right corner, you’ll see your sensor’s connection status. "Connected" will appear in green when the device is successfully linked.

Managing Multiple Devices
As of 20 April 2025, support for multiple devices is technically possible, but has not been optimized by our team yet. You can manage multiple sensors through a single Phreno account:
-
Go to Settings > Bluetooth to manage connected devices.
-
The app remembers the most recently paired sensor.
-
Only one device can be actively connected at a time, but you can simply tap the "Start Searching" button and connect to a new device. Your stats will remain the same, they do not change within the app based on what sensor you are connected to.
